- Extra bed for guests:
- In age of 2 - 9.9 years: discount 50% out of the price for person / night
- In age of 10 - 99 years: discount 20% out of the price per person / night
- Surcharge for one night stay: 300,- CZK / night
- Spa and recreation tax from 18 years: 30,- CZK person / day

Cancellation conditions
Summer season (1.4. - 30.11.)
- Free booking cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (in summer season 21 days before arrival)
- If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, only payment of the first night will be charged
- It is not necessary to send an advance payment (except of group and longer stays)
- In case of no-show is a fee of 100% of the stay applicable
Winter seasone (1.12. - 30.3.)
- Free booking cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total price of the stay will be charged (100% for no-show)
- For confirming the reservation you only need to send 30% of the total price of your stay
- New Year's Eve and Christmas - a deposit of 50% is required and in case of cancellation, reservation change or no-show a fee of 100% of the stay is applicable
